Chakra Meditation – Getting the Right Balance

Research has it that human life is all about emotions and feelings. The emotions arise from different things we do. Some emotions are negative in nature since they cause anxiety, stress and other pressures of life. It is for this reason that meditation was brought forward. So, what is chakra meditation? Chakras are the centers of energy in human bodies. Blocked chakras affect physical and mental wellness. Each chakra has a color. This identifies it from other chakras. The colors range from red to orange among others. An example is the red colored root chakra.

Now, let us understand the different chakras that must not be blocked for chakra clearing. First, there is the red colored root chakra. It is located at the base of the spinal cord. You will be strong and secure if the root chakra is balanced. You will have a weak immune system, weakness and fear if it is not. Second, we have the sacral chakra. It is orange in color and found below the belly button. If balanced, you will be happy and friendly. In case it is blocked, sexual difficulties and low motivation are common.

The yellow colored solar plexus chakra is located between the ribcage and navel. If this chakra is balanced, the result is that our confidence is boosted, we become energetic and generally more productive. If imbalanced, energy levels are reduced, insecurities arise and procrastinations. The most central chakra is the heart chakra which is green in color. It is located within the heart and is responsible for love and affection. Your love and spiritual affairs are good if it is balanced. If blocked, you will feel lonely and have chest pains.

Located in the throat, the blue colored throat chakra is responsible for communication. When this chakra is balanced, we are clear in communication and are equally good at listening. If it is imbalanced, social anxiety and tension while talking can arise. On the other hand, the third eye chakra is indigo in color and located on the forehead. It this chakra is balanced; it gives us clear imagination and communication with the universe. The results of unbalanced third eye chakra are anxiety, depression and headaches.

Lastly, we have the crown chakra which is violet in color. Located at the top of the head, this chakra must be balanced for us to be open-minded and accept divine guidance. If it is blocked, emotional stress, confusion and issues with the nervous system may occur. Generally, it is good to have guided chakra meditation. With guidance, the results will be great.
